Opening February 28
This tale as old as time tells the story of a beautiful young woman, ostracized in her own town for being uniquely thoughtful, who becomes imprisoned by an ill-tempered beast (really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress). Can the beast learn to love himself and another before time runs out and his household is cursed forever?
With a book by original screenplay writer Linda Woolverton and music and lyrics by famous Disney songwriters Alan Menken, Howard Ashman, and Tim Rice, Disney's Beauty and the Beast is sure to be fun for the whole family.
All students must attend at least one audition day and the dance auditions in order to be considered for the cast.

Once you register on Cast98 for an actor profile, return here to fill out the online audition form. There are four steps to complete the audition form:
Once submitted, any changes to your conflict calendar will have to be approved by the show director. If you need to adjust your conflicts, edit them on your Cast98 profile first, then alert your director about the changes so that they can make an approval decision.
Thank you to everyone who auditioned.
If you are not on the Cast98 cast list, there is a possibility you have not yet filled out an audition form for the show. Please check the cast list posted to www.oceanarts.org for casting. If you are on the cast list there, please make sure to fill out an audition form on the Cast98 Beauty and the Beast page in order to be added to the Cast98 cast list and receive updates on the rehearsal schedule.
If you haven’t been cast, please contact us or stop by a rehearsal to ask about other ways to get involved with the show. We had the largest amount of auditioning students in a long while, and it was difficult to leave so many of you out. We urge you to keep involved with music and theatre, and we plan on seeing you at auditions for our next show.
