The world-famous Willy Wonka is opening the gates to his mysterious factory…but only to a lucky few. Young Charlie Bucket and four other golden ticket winners will embark on a life-changing journey through Wonka’s world of pure imagination including chocolate waterfalls, nutty squirrels and the great glass elevator, all to be revealed by Wonka's army of curious Oompa-Loompas.

  • CHARLIE BUCKET - (8-15) Sweet, smart, hopeful and loving. A child with wonderful innocence and vulnerability.
  • WILLY WONKA - (Masc/30s+) The sly, charming star of the show. Lithe, eccentric. His larger than life persona can go from charming and comical, to magically mysterious and dark.
  • GRAMPA JOE - (Masc/60s+) Impish. He is Charlie's imaginative, fun, kind and loving grandfather. After many years being confined to a bed, his childish energy returns when Charlie finds the Golden Ticket.
  • VERUCA SALT - (Femme) Vicious and determined.
  • VIOLET BEAUREGARDE - (Femme) Confident, forward, and full of attitude.
  • AUGUSTUS GLOOP - (Masc)
  • MIKE TEAVEE - (Masc) A fireplug with a ridiculous amount of energy.
  • MR SALT - (Masc/20s+) Veruca's goofy, eccentric, distracted, hilarious father. Finds it impossible to say no, giving in to every ridiculous demand his daughter makes.
  • MR BEAUREGARDE - (Masc/20s+) Violet's ineffectual father. Ignores his back-talking, insult-hurling daughter.
  • MRS TEAVEE - (Femme/20s+) She needs amphetamines to get through the day and deal with her outrageous son. Tense, extreme, and hilarious.
  • MRS GLOOP - (Femme/20s+) Augustus's German, moronic, Wagnerian mother. Mirthlessly smiles as though it were affixed to the front of her face.
