About Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission Children's Theatre
At its very core, the Theatrical Arts Program at ICRC empowers young people to make new discoveries about themselves and the world around them while building a lifelong interest in the arts. Each participant in a theatre program is enrolled regardless of experience, skill, or ability; and all are guaranteed a role in the production.
