The Gloucester High School Theatre program strives to give every student the tools and experience necessary to pursue a love of theatre and share that love with the Gloucester Community.
Through classes, performances, festival participation, workshops, and field trips, students at GHS have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of the theatre arts. Students who participate in the performances and festivals are given first-hand experience toward putting on a play or musical. Students who participate in the workshops get hands-on experience from professionals on ways to better their craft. Field trips to other performances allow students to experience professional live theatre and discuss what they saw with their peers.
