About Bruin Theatre

The Bruin Theatre was revived in 2009 when a group of Talent Theatre students and their teacher decided to make the multipurpose room a real functioning theatre. From that year forward, the theatre has produced over 24 productions, usually two productions a year. Past productions include Dracula (Dietz), The Foreigner, August: Osage County, A Lie of the Mind, You Can't Take it With You, Decision Height, Almost Maine, The Royal Family, Rimers of Eldritch, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, True West, The Miser (Chambers), Nights of Scenes, This Random World, and Good People. We normally produce shows for ages 16 and up. Our mission is to develop, produce, and present socially conscious, thought-provoking work that fully engages our community in active dialogue
