What To Expect At Auditions

Thank you for your interest in being a part of Elkhorn Community Theatre's production of Shrek the Musical!

Please be sure to completely fill out the Audition Form and the Conflict Form. If you have changes to your conflicts, you can edit them through this website or provide an updated list when you check-in for auditions.

Auditions will be held at Elkhorn South High School on the dates attached in the Audition Form. If you have any questions about Auditions, this website, or the show in general, please reach out to Sean at seanathan.gardner@gmail.com.

We are doing auditions a bit differently this year. Below you will find a preselected list of audition songs (and tracks) as well as a chorography video. Please come prepared to auditions with one audition song (from the list below) as well as the chorography memorized. Audio equipment and the tracks will be provided and a brief review of choreography will be conducted, but all auditionees are expected to be prepared!

Please note, there are two videos. One is "ECT Shrek Audition" and is required by all auditionees. The second is "Tap Audition" and is an optional additional audition piece for those who would like to be considered for the tap numbers.
