To bring quality live theater to the Kittitas Valley area, providing talented area residents of all ages with opportunities for performance and artistic growth in a positive, supportive environment.
To develop and enhance existing facilities for theater performance.
To work collaboratively within the Laughing Horse Arts Foundation with other entities such as Central Washington University, local school districts, and other community / semiprofessional theaters in the area to promote the goal of producing live theater events.
To further the goals of the Laughing Horse Arts Foundation and the Chamber of Commerce in developing Ellensburg as a tourist destination.
